2.4.5 Adding and Removing Printers
Double click Printers Icon in Control Panel or click on Start, pointing to settings, click Printers. Following screen appears. It is used to add, remove and change settings for printers.
To change printer settings
Right–click the icon for the printer you are using, and then click Properties. The settings you can change depend on the type of printer you have. Click the different tabs to see all of the options you can set
To Set up a printer
- Double click on Add printer.
- Follow the instructions given on the screen.
